Vault in a Norman tower. The castle is of Byzantyne origin but was reconstructed twice after being destructed: first by the Norman Riccardo Siniscalco (ca. 1100) and later by Frederick II of Hohenstaufen (ca.1230). Later it was enlarged by the Anjous (Gioia del Colle, Apulia, Italy).    [071538]
